Q-Is the toner/ink colorfast?
A- Toner is used in the printing process, making it much less likely to ever stain or rub off with general use, however liquid should not be used on or near your furniture templates.
Q- Do I cut on the dotted lines provided?
A- No. Dotted lines are intended as fold lines to preserve your template for future use at maximum size.
Q- Can I order replacement furniture templates?
A- We have kept the price of this product minimal so that your investment is low. If one piece gets soiled, damaged or torn, we recommend purchasing another packet. Having extra furniture pieces is optimal, and allows you to create more space planning options.
Q- How do I keep my furniture templates flat and from curling on the ends?
A- Try rolling your templates the opposite direction each time you store them in the tube.
Q- How do I cut my templates?
A- Maximum sizes include outer lines. We suggest using a cutter at your local print shop for precision cuts, however scissors work fine. Allow 20 minutes to cut your templates.

Q- What is the best way to get my templates back in tube?
A- Stack all pieces with width aligned, roll tightly patting edges to keep the roll straight. Place in tube. Holding open end upright, softly tap bottom of tube on floor, this will settle templates into tube. Replace cap.
Q- What if my template gets a tear?
A- Use clear packing tape on the back of template to mend.
Q- How can I clean my templates?
A- Use a dry eraser, or dry cleaning pad available at most print shops.
